Professionalism: Maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment, free from
discrimination and harassment.
Integrity: Delivering accurate and up-to-date information, acknowledging sources, and avoiding plagiarism.
Respect: Valuing diverse learning styles, providing constructive feedback, and addressing learner concerns fairly.

Adherence to Policies: Complying with all our policies and procedures.
Assessment & Appeals Policy
Assessment: Learner performance will be assessed fairly and transparently using:
“Open Book” Test and Practical Assessments during Training. Assessment criteria will be
clearly communicated.
Appeals: Learners may appeal assessment results within 3 days of receiving feedback.
Appeals must be submitted in writing to the trainer and clearly state the grounds for appeal.
Process: Appeals will be reviewed by the trainer, who will provide a written response within 7 days. The review will consider the original assessment, the learner’s appeal, and any relevant evidence.
Outcome: The review may uphold, adjust, or overturn the original assessment. The decision of the Trainer is final.
Malpractice and Maladministration
Learner Malpractice: Includes plagiarism, cheating, collusion, impersonation, and any other
action that gains an unfair advantage. Proven malpractice may result in penalties up to and including course failure. Students have an obligation to inform the trainer if they are aware of this behaviour within their course.
Staff/Trainer Maladministration: Includes assessment irregularities, failure to follow procedures, discrimination, bias, or any action that compromises fair assessment or training delivery.
Reporting: Concerns about malpractice or maladministration should be reported in writing to Barbara HM Bochenek at info@evolveandinspiresolutions.com with supporting evidence.
Investigation: All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
Trainer Complaints: If a complaint is against a trainer, the complainant may also raise the matter with the IRNCH (Independent Register of Nutritional Therapists and Counsellors) if
they are dissatisfied with the internal handling of the complaint.
Outcomes: Appropriate action will be taken based on the investigation findings, which may include disciplinary measures for staff or penalties for learners.
Data Protection, Privacy, and Use Policy
Data Collection: We collect only necessary personal data for course enrollment, administration, delivery, and communication. This may include your name, contact details, course information, and assessment results. We may also collect data related to your learning experience, such as progress and engagement metrics, for the purpose of improving our training offerings.
